Sorry really don't even know if you are who you say you are but I'll bite. Why should the onus be on us to call someone before we vote? If all of the facts have been given to us in the emails and the LOA copy we received is an accurate one, what's to discuss with someone who already has decided this is a good deal? I really cannot fathom why you would vote for something based on huge what ifs! Yes it is scare tactics when you're saying that we have to take this $^@& sandwich because if we don't the company will unilaterally enact a worse deal. It would be awesome to see this company try to assemble training centers in 5 domiciles, but I know that's a "mute" point since this thing will pass at >51%.
You come on here for information and then try to assert that we would show all of our cards online. I'd much rather show each person the issues. Not scare tactics if that's their plan. Just because you don't see it yet means absolutely nothing. Not sure how this is a sh** sandwich when you will now automatically get 10 hours of pay ABOVE guarantee. Some folks are going to do better than others from that, but overall its much better than what we will be transitioning to.
My question is this: if we are at the top of the industry for this LOA regarding DL and iPads what more do you expect to obtain if we send it back? Its top of the industry so far as I can tell.
And before someone blasts me for not coming back on: this is my vacation. Its not easy balancing family, union work, and then adding this site to the mix. I'd much rather be on NKPILOTS.com

If you're under 40, still an fo here, not to mention all their retirements, it seems silly to pass it up??? Get the job, then turn it down if you still don't want it.

Well the good news is the only way is UP now, lol.
I'd like a happy medium between rates & work rules. Buddy of mine says 11 days off, 75hrs is pretty standard.
Sadly, I'm at 11 days off to get my credit up. I guess the silver lining is we have the ability to move our schedule around And drop stuff but that's about all we have at this point...........
AAs CA rates aren't all that impressive compared to ours given the environment our current contract was negotiated in but Jesus Ch-st our F/Os are officially the most embaressing part of working here
