So looking at tha LAS lines, I'm beginning to wonder why DFW isn't open yet. I think almost every line has a few DFW overnights, some have all DFW overnights. Plus, our days off seem rather low. Scott, are we short on FOs out there for July or is there some else going on?

LAS is a total cluster****. Planning insists on building pairings that, on their own, are what they consider to be productive, but do not easily fit together on lines. The low days off is due to the 2330 showtimes and 00xx off duty times. It counts that as a workday. As for being short FO's out there, I dont think so. We are short FO's in ACY for July.

Thanks, just wondering. I thought we had about 50 captains and only 39 FOs available to bid.

Opinions are like belly buttons - everyone's got one.

Your opinions do not speak for the majority. And you certainly don't have a leg to stand on if you're a two/half'er (I was there too...). Support those that worked hard, sacrificed much for you. Otherwise focus your energy on volunteering your time to represent.

It is my opinion that those who were not involved need not belittle a group who did the the best they could. This is not directed only to you, but also the other nay-say'ers as well.

There will always be room for bettering what we've done...

The MEC who worked on this past contract are rock stars - again my opinion. Nothing is perfect, but my family and I are better because of their hard work.

As of today... 39CA and 39FO are bidding. The bid packet may not be accurate.

Just one more question. I'm a bit confused on this one. Does anyone know if the company was given relief on section 25.A.1.a in September 2010? I'm just asking.

Is that about our scheduling committee getting trips dropped so they can meet with the company? Scott......this one is for you I think.

No, they were not, nor were they given relief in any other area of Sec 25.
