We can barely get 24 new hires and 8 upgrades through class in a month. Unless the new sims will be up and running shortly, we can't get enough sim time.

Well, it's 25 FO's, so as long as that's what it says its not a typo. We have a class of 12 starting on dec 3rd that had to be included in the bid. Realistically, this class will not be out of training for most of the month of Feb due to the holidays. So, while the bid says 25 ACY FO vacancies, 12 of the 25 exist only on paper for Feb to be contractually compliant.

Hope that makes sense...if not give me a call and I'll explain further. The good news is it looks like A LOT of upgrades in the first quarter next year.

Because the ones that are there keep leaving, and the ones that can't leave sweet talk scheduling into out of base rsv. Can't keep the base staffed properly.
