Riddle me this.... no pun on the Riddlers..
All these red days and no "Special Deals" yet I make myself available all month as a LAS based FO and I hear about a FLL FO being DHed to LAS to work a four day and credit 60 hours...... ***!!

I know what you are saying and you will kill yourself trying to figure out why they do what they do. I'm a las capt and there was no ot/jrm since December and heard they were using fll capt's in las. The capt side is getting better now though. I have no idea how they make these staffing decisions

I am an LAS FO and in the last few months I have flown with more FLL,DTW Captains than with LAS Captains.

They won't use you because then if you are gone and they need someone, they won't have anybody. They don't use the reserves so they will have them available to not use so they have them. (Said in my best Derek Zoolander voice)

It does make one wonder doesn't it? I had the same issue in FLL for years. I'd occasionally make myself available and never got the call. I think it must take more scheming than I'm willing to do.
