And there could be bonus questions about the pertinent sections of our current CBA. What about the didn't-vote-at-allers? It would have to be a verbal exam since they'd be too f'n lazy to lift a finger.

Oh Jesus really?, why does everyone have such a hard-on for this guy. He was Lorenzo's Lawyer for Christsake.
He'd rape & pillage his employees if they let him. same thing here. Spirit guys took a stand and went on strike, I'm pretty sure management is looking at this round of negotiations slightly different than last time.

because it was stated that the company has in no way even approached the MEC about any sort of contract discussions and then we get this message about the meeting on Feb 12th about exactly that.
I'm sure this meeting was scheduled or at least discussed a month or two in advanced hence the rumors directly from union Reps.

well, i didn't doubt it unofficially but officially i heard directly from the MEC that this wasn't the case so I went with that. At the least it was a misunderstanding and at worse a credibility gap. I guess we'll just have to see what happens from here because I am sure they are going to be called out on this.

Several open trips, which were NOT published in open time, although open for a few days, popped into open time today and were picked up in minutes.
Additional "prime" open trips are available this week, which are not published. Are they held open for possible training?
These should become available if interested: FO / BOG every day, GUA 2/19, F4278 2/16.
