Did you guys forget already? There is a grievance on the table right now that documents how a senior ACY captain submitted a bid at 12:01:02 but was beat out by Captain Scott who was awarded a trip at 12:00:10. That's 50 seconds before DOT opens. ( in April they changed it to 12:00, interesting. )
I guess this old, technologically handicapped captain didn't have the time machine app.

When did any of them do anything to resolve a dividing issue? I remember their shame lists. Maybe some of you don't.
