I'm just starting to get really irritated that we had a room of guys show up to argue about who can pick up what open time and when, when we are in negotiations for a new contract where we have unprecedented leverage for more compensation. There is a whole forest of money trees yet this group continues to fight over who gets to take home the pathetic Charlie Brown Christmas tree. Open your fukcing eyes people. Members of the negotiating team were there but instead a precious meeting was wasted on this piece of **** resolution instead of maybe talking to them about a new contract. Beyond frustrating!

Limiting what we can make is dumb enough but to do it with negotiations going on is flatout stupid. Let's bust our nut in the parking lot before we even get to go inside to see the girls. I'd rather not have anymore union meetings if were gonna sidetrack the negotiators with these worthless resolutions.

Given that no more than 5 pilots usually show up for an LEC meeting (after 200+ pilots complain about the MEC not listening to them), I'm betting no more than 3 pilots who aren't on the MEC or one of the committees are there. Be there, or let the MEC decide your fate in a vacuum.
