What was the grieavance for? Or was it an unintended consequence?

This is interesting. They are blowing threw reserves like crazy. Lots of red days. I wonder if this is changing the staffing model? Planned upgrades for May are 12 and back to 22 new hires.

From what I understand, the grievance was for someone picking up a trip via phone which would have made that person number 5) in order.

Weather she was 4) "Regular and relief pilots who have placed their names on the standing availability list (Section 25.G.7) for the day(s)" is debatable. I wouldn't trust her as far as anyone can pick her up and throw her.

She has been known historically to be a consistent contract violator.

This is what I heard to. she was picking up open time when spirit had guys on furlough. Now, because she's greedy, i think someone said I loss credibility because I called her a greedy foreigner and wants all the open time for herself everyone is gunna suffer.
I say it again, shes a greedy foreigner.
Greedy: Having or showing a strong or excessive desire to acquire money or possess things, especially wishing to possess more than what one needs or deserves.
Foreigner: One who is from a foreign country or place.
I call it like I see it
I bet shes a really nice person, but she and others who think like she does needs to remember that until we get a new contract theres a lot of guys here who are barely getting by. By taking away the ability of guys to pick up open time wherever they can get it, there keeping them from making close to the money other airline guys are making. Bidding, initial open time and basing are all done by seniority, you start whining about wanting more, ain't no one gunna listen

Im all about traditions an believe seniority needs to have its benefits but the language in this resolution is an insult to everyone who happen to get hired after they did
this resolution tries to limit how much money I make so that someone who makes a lot more money than me can make even more.
Punctuation . . . you should try it.

So tell me, was i lying when i said she was a foreigner or greedy? Are those not true? But ill answer yours, prejudice? No, I think we all have just grounds to form our opinions on why she adopted this resolution. And I have no hostility towards her, I'm sure she's very nice, I said that before. I have hostility toward her actions, both in her whining about open time, whining to fo's about how she's losing money, her complicity with schedulers and her flying open time trips when there were people furloughed.

Bigot? No. I have no problem with her particular group, be it racial, sex, or religious. She made her screen name as kiwi, not me.

Discrimination? Again, no. How am I discriminating against kiwi? I have no power over the person with that screen name, I have no ability to influence power. Your just throwing out definitions that don't apply.

Ill say it again, I have no problem with her as a person, I don't even know her, I have a problem with her posts and her attempt at influencing open time and the contract to her benefit.

Your right, I need better punctuation, but my tablet is awful to type on.
