My app ( short form) I submitted last October was no longer in the system, so I reapplied and filled a long app and got the assessment email. I went to the job fair in FLL. Just to clarify I did not receive the long app by email, I got it right when I created the new profile.
I know the application process is changing so I just wanted to know if it happened to anybody else. Thank you

I don't have time for a lengthy post to address each issue from the above three posts...
However, I recommend a careful reading of both the pertinent sections of the CBA as well as the entire document of the Red/Green award.
The 'snapshot' has to be taken before IOT, not DOT; so the idea is that there is a "feeding frenzy" during IOT where many of the open trips are picked up by pilots. Ideally, that means when a day - for example - has 5 reserves available, 3 required, and 2 open turn trips (making it black during IOT).. then two pilots come along during IOT and pick up those turns.. Then you still have five reserves on that day, three required, and now the system will allow for 2 "drop" requests for turns on that day as soon as DOT opens and as well for the rest of the month all else being equal (such as a reserve moving that day for another). No longer can the company increase that required reserve level to 4 or higher during normal operations.

And...is this gonna fix the multiple day trip drop on green days with one black or red day touching one of those days.
"Ie, I'm trying to drop a 3 day, (2 days are green one is red) Denied due to reserves below minimum. "...

What about Bad day/worse day. The company is only hurting themselves by not allowing us to do that

"Relative to the required minimum coverage, has better reserve coverage". I've tried to find out what this even means exactly, no answer. Flica is supposed to approve these but I have no idea what exactly "relative to" means. Is it a number, a percentage or what? Scheduling has no idea and won't touch anything outside of FLica on orders from out union.

From: 319/320/321...whatever it takes.
You referring to dropping a day that's red by 1 for picking up a day that's red by 5?

And someone pointed out that a red eye is considered 2 days but only one pilot duty day, yes this is a flaw we need to get fixed.

Flica will allow you to trade vertically on red days for more credit, not less. For example, if you are dropping a 3 day worth 10hrs and picking up a 3 day worth 15hrs on the same days, it will do it. If you are dropping 10:00hrs and picking up 9:59 it will not.
