I am glad someone asked about travel department. We are getting bigger and we ought to have better agreements with carriers in Europe and Asia. Our travel benefits are horrible. I mean how in the world did we get an agreement with Yugolsavian airlines?

I second that. Nobody cares until you have to use them and realize that it sucks. I wish we could have everything available like United. Do it yourself and bypass the travel department. More airlines would be great.

Getting as many agreements electronically is the key. I imagine like most things at NK, the personnel in the travel department wear many hats.
