Fair enough. The general election should be interesting. Just hope y'all keep in mind who the real opponent is.

"Real opponent"? It must be me considering how often you guys smear my efforts at unity.

Hoping we can all figure that out! Anyone who opposes industry standard plus 5% pay rates, retirement and keeping our work rules would deem a real opponent..

Perhaps a change in the 1960's by-laws should be addressed? Time to integrate the tech of this decade. I would totally get behind that.

Time to take a pause, we have a pilot who needs some sick time.

Check your email from Alpa.

Anywhere that is not ACY, is "great".

Yeah. M.P. Is a great, awesome guy. Heard about his case during the weekend. All we can do to help him out will be greatly appreciated. I'm sending in my form tomorrow.

Likely mostly the season, and taking some time for our name to get out there. When Spirit started its first big Vegas build up in 2011, it was around the same time of year (late AUG- early SEPT). The loads were abysmal, 20-30 pax per flight for several months(though Fri's into LAS and Sun's out of LAS were always pretty full). Now it's rare to find a flight that has more than a few open seats midweek, middle of the off season, Between LAS and any city. I'm sure they'll adjust some frequencies and possibly make some routes seasonal if need be. And if it MCI and/or CLE doesn't pan out, they'll put the planes where they do make money, it's the Spirit way and it's been working.

The only version of unity you guys will accept is total surrender by anyone who disagrees with you.

The assumption that you are totally correct in your position, and that anyone who disagrees with your position is totally wrong does far more damage to unity than anything I could possibly accomplish if I spent every waking minute trying to do so.

I disagreed with the SPA ALPA power structure about the best way to accomplish the pilots business and your response has been to block me from committees, from the training dept, run whisper campaigns that I've cost SPA ALPA wins in arbitrations, and constantly make fun of the DFW pilots who get together for BBQ and beer.

When the MEC politely declined to accept my offer to take the Training Committee which had NO MEMBERS NOR CHAIRMAN AT THE TIME(!!!!!), it became painfully obvious that the SPA ALPA leadership group wasnt interested inclusion, and/or unity.

Now, I return to my regularly scheduled sarcasm.
