What business model does he think I need to understand? The business of flying an Airbus 320? There is a market price for that no matter how the airline determines they want to make their revenue. Does Airbus lower the price because spirit is a ulcc? No and neither will the pilots that fly them

I went to buy a new car a few months ago. I told the salesman that my personal business model is to not pay a lot for a car, but still have a nice ride. So I told the salesman that I will need the car for half of the sticker price, to fit my business model. They didn't sell the car half off.
I had a sales rep tell me he couldn't afford to give me the discount I wanted so I asked him "who in this room is wearing a rolex" ? He sent in another guy.

I went and bought a Hyundai two years ago, salesman laughed when I put down $30k as annual salary and said I forgot to put a 1 before the 30, lol.
