Has spirit ever hired someone who didn't go to a job fair?

If you do stay please do not factor your mil retirement and healthcare into your contract vote. This isn't a part time job for most of us. It's our only income and we expect to be paid on par or better than other Airbus pilots.
+++++1! Last paragraph is spot on!

I'll be honest, I could care less about the healthcare here, but that doesn't mean I don't want great healthcare in our contract for the guys here who do.

Thank you for your service and welcome to NK.

Congrats on getting Spirit to buy you an A320 type rating. Enjoy the 121 transition, attend OBAP in August, and by early 2017 you'll be at a legacy doing the same exact job for 3-4 times the salary!

Not sure when the New Hires get their iPad, but it has an Oral Exam guide that contains a condensed "Limitations" section that should be helpful.

Couldn't care less bro. It's 'couldn't care less'.

No, I was correct. Not the normal sarcastic sense, in the true sense.

I could actually care less, since I don't use the Spirit healthcare, but I'd like to see affordable and leading healthcare in the contract for those that do, so therefore I do care a bit.

If I couldn't care less, then I wouldn't want ANY negotiating capital, thought or advantage going to healthcare. If I couldn't care less, I would oppose any TA that had sense of healthcare affecting any part of compensation. If I couldn't care less, I'd want increased healthcare "costs" in exchange for increased compensation, I'd want healthcare to be a much slimmer piece of the pie. This isn't the case.

But, I do understand what you were saying.

Don't know if it's changed, but used to be a confirmation of you flight time, a question or two, usually centered around, "why Spirit?" And some small talk. Be personable and upbeat, you'll do fine.

SF is really good at her job, she'll really put you at ease.
