According to Scott, they are his minimums. Spirits minimums are still 4,000/1,000. At least that's what he has told me recently. Not sure what the point of him saying otherwise would be.

Spirit dictates the minimums to AeroCrew Solutions. In turn, AeroCrew Solutions honors and enforces them to keep their exclusive customer (Spirit) happy. I understand your frustration. It seems FO attrition here is starting, so whatever equation Spirit management uses in hiring - it isn't foolproof.

Yeah, I don't know. Just going on what I was told by Scott and my friend at interview. Regardless, a cab driver in Tahiti could decide the minimums and I'm still not getting a call!!! Lol, maybe things will start adding up for us guys that don't have 10,000 and jump ship to Delta written all over us will get a chance.

That's not entirely accurate, if you received the long app you can follow up with Spirit directly, you don't HAVE TO go to another job fair.

Brokeasspot, I don't know of there was a miscommunication between us but Spirit is the one who sets the requirements at the job fair, not Aero Crew Solutions. Right now they are targeting people with TPIC time. I know it can be frustrating but do not give up hope with Spirit.

If anybody is interested in attending the job fair in DFW on July 25th you MUST MEET the following requirements.

Military Pilot - 3000 TT
Civilian Pilot - 4000 TT & 500 TPIC (Part 121 or Part 135)

Resumes will be checked to ensure you meet the minimums. Be ready to purchase a ticket at noon EST this Monday because the event will sell out within hours. If anybody has a question about the job fair or our career services please send us an email.

Flyboy, how do I follow up with Spirit directly?

AC, guess I misunderstood. Spirits webpage and job posting is only listing 4,000/1,000. Guess it needs updated. Anyhow, I only have 475tpic, so sol regardless!!!

Apparently you don't get it. Those are requirements Spirit set to attend the job fair. Our minimums are still 4,000/1,000 to get hired. HR has an overwhelming about or applicants. This is a way to narrow it down a bit at the fairs.

Find someone who works here and tell them to bug HR. Going to 3 job fairs should get their attention.

Exactly right, job fair minimums are higher than hiring minimums for that exact reason. It seems not everyone is aware of that.

I've only know of one person leaving since I've been here. Are there more?
