I interviewed back in June and am still wanting to get on here at Spirit. Do I need to wait the six months before I even resubmit a resume again or can I do that and just cant interview for six months?

I'm not sure how that works. Hopefully, someone will chime in.

I've got spot #46 this Friday in Dallas and my plans have changed. PM me and we can figure out a transfer.

Looks like Spirit wants you to have 500 Turbine PIC to even attend their job fairs now =/

Been that way for almost a year now. But, it's not Spirit, it's Aero Crew Solutions minimums. Makes zero sense.

Makes it impossible for those of us who would like to work for Spirit but have no TPIC.

I agree, I've been to three job fairs, got the long app after the 3rd one. But, now that I'm not qualified anymore, I have no way of continuing to follow up. Not another industry in the world where people do what we have to do for jobs.

Actually, I believe it's Spirit's minimums. I'm sure Scott, who runs AeroCrew Solutions, would like to admit as many paying people to his job fairs as possible. The TPIC requirement is silly and unnecessary.

All job fair minimums and ticket limits are set by spirit, not by aero crew solutions
