I mean come on dude, lol. Even the friggin investor or author or whomever wrote that article today on Investopedia knows how underpaid we are and how management has little leverage in this situation.

Because its just cool the be negative about everything. "Contract 2040" and "10% increase at best"....So much more fun to be negative

I'm not saying it isn't going to be a long hard battle but if you tell people that they will only get 10-20% in a few years they start to think maybe 50% is a good deal because it's "all we're gonna get". See Allegiant.

It's 85-100% at DOS with COLA each year after. That would be industry standard!

I will say- I KNOW we deserve a raise.... and we will get one.... we are what- 13 months beyond Amendable?? Ask SWAPA and DALPA what they were thinking 13 months in- how long ago was that?? Relax!!?? It takes time- it's not Spirit- its the industry- its the RLA.....

Delta is 10 months beyond amendable and is going to be voting on their second TA. Us on the other hand...

Ok- my mistake.... typed in a hurry- I may stand corrected on the DALPA point.... SURELY you all know that that is the exception, not the rule?? I would love to know the historical average for length of negotiations....

Funny, that y'all chose to focus on my little error-

Do you REALLY think a 6-yr Spirit CA will get $15/hr MORE than Delta?? Really??

Don't forget to count profit sharing and their B fund. I believe the DAL guys have been averaging 20% of their w2 in profit sharing.
