Despite what some on here may say, the work rules are pretty damn good. I talked work rules with a AA captain and it sounded better than theirs... if you have specific questions feel free to PM but I'm not sure how you will find our current contract without being a member.
PM sent.

I have a specific dilemma I'm working through. I'm in my 6th month at L-xjet. I'm at about 1850TT and 400 multi turbine, so I'm low time. I have an interest in spirit, and live local to a base. Long story short, I'm trying to decide between staying here and holding out for spirit (or frontier), or making a lateral move to another regional that is offering bonus money and a relatively short upgrade. I've heard arguments both ways but the general consensus has been that the LCC is better than any regional, especially if I don't have to commute.
As you know, xjet is a dying regional, with the only positive outlook being that at some point SkyWest *might* make us an offer for integration.
