That UAL video is pretty boring, but extremely thorough. There's a few things wrong, I don't remember what, but most noticeably, our NWS is run off of Yellow, not Green Hyd. But if you learn everything in class and save the video for oral review, you should be able to pick up on anything that might be wrong.
I usually give it a watch before my PC.

In my new hire class we had 2 "viewing parties." Boring as heck, but easier with a group. Order some pizza and keep the alcohol to a reasonable amount.

Problem with bonus programs is once the supply and demand curve go flat then the Bonus program is ended. Back to just another ****ty RJ job again. Smoke and Mirrors!! Change the Pilot Contract if you want to convince Pilots its a good job. People should take a Vacation and go to indoc and collect a check and leave.
