You just seem to suffer from a case of low self esteem.
Lol common doctor. Why are you avoiding the question I've been asking the last three pages? How are you going to convince people to come work for your company when you tell them it's the company problem?

Why do you care so much about Spirit? It's your choice to stay at your regional and that's fine. And it's true that in the short term you can make more at a regional. However not everyone is looking at just the next 24 months. The reason I left my captain seat at a regional to come to spirit is that after a few years you will make more money and exponentially more every year after that. Even with our garbage contract it still is a financially better bet to leave a regional and come to spirit. Also I'd much rather get stuck here for whatever reason than at a regional. My apps are out at the legacy airlines but at least if I go get violated tonight or screw something up in the sim I'm not dealing with a career at a regional that may or may not be around in 2 years. I'd rather build seniority here than at a regional. But to each their own...

I just asked a question a few pages back that's it. Regionals are offering bonuses and higher hourly pay. What's spirit offering to the table the next few months?
A320 made it personal and went on and on and on. Never answered my question once. Sure I can look at the slider tool on the profile. But that's not whole pay package.

What exactly are you trying to prove??

When you look at the "whole package" Spirit is a better place than any of the regionals... yes including those fancy "bonuses" you're speaking of. Bonuses last 12-24 months... 4-5 years into it where do you sit at the regional compared to 4-5 years at Spirit?

If you're saying sitting pretty on an RJ maxed out around $110 an hour after 30 years is better than coming to Spirit, I think your vision needs to be checked.

I was trying to get my question answered about 10 pages ago.

But now I've given up on that question. So I just spend my time answering A320 incorrect statements.

Spirit isn't offering anything. Nobody here is blind to the fact that this place needs a lot of improvement but long term the pay and QOL at spirit is much better than what any regional out there is offering. I'm not sure what question you asked though...

Haha. Yeah, I'm here looking for info on the company- going to job fair in MIA next week. I know of quite a few from my airline and a couple other friends who have gone to Spirit. They are normal. APC is just depressing- same ol' posters, over and over....

With the job fair ticket sales slowing down is that still a requirement to get an interview? What are competitive for times right now?

You're exactly right! These same posters are definitely not the majority but rather the minortiy among the guys online. Does pay need to come up? Without a shadow of a doubt it does and the company has no choice but to address that. Will guys walk if the union says walk? Every pilot I know there will.

Work rules and QOL (especially living in base) are great and so are the guys/gals you'll fly with. Training is a lot of self study but just like any training event you'll get together with your group in class and every instructor there is in it to see you get through as stress free as possible? Do guys fail? Yup, the ones who don't commit and come in as a "know it all" just like any other training program.

Good luck!
