On the other hand, Delta has hired 11 spirit pilot this year alone.

11 is not a lot, they have hired around 275 pilots this year. ExpressJet probably had 50 or 60 go this year to Delta. Plus they will hire FOs without any TPIC time.

I believe the emphasis on 11 is that it's over a third of the pilots that have left NK to date this year. Our attrition isn't high but one third going to a single carrier is significant.
