I'm looking for more info regarding face to face interview process.

How soon could one expect to get ORD?

I'm fully aware that the new hire training is pretty hard.
What's the primary reason for people to washout?

Please feel free to pm.
Thanks in advance!

They don't teach you anything outside of physically flying the airplane. That's why.

One should get typed in the A320 before starting training with Spirit.

He's trying to highlight the fact you will not be trained at Spirit. You'd be better off getting real training elsewhere. It's not a joke.

Get an A320 Type and make it through Spirit New Hire Training no problem, or roll the dice and see what happens. I was successful but I also can see how many outstanding pilots may not be successful. Super EZ is 100% correct.
