I never said it was "your fault". I'm simply saying it that something is attracting pilots to Spirit even with all the BS you guys are going through.

Record 5 new hire classes in Oct. 62 pilots. I dont how we're gonna do this.

they are hiring that many prob hoping for just 30. I heard they got 4 resignations just yesterday...................

I understand some what of what Feng is laying down. The post just above states you are getting 60 people in October. This means people are willing to work for your current CBA rules and rates. If the company can just replace those who cant take it anymore why would they give you real money? Another post above in regards to "hoping the 4 who left were Captains" tells another story. Many went to Spirit bc of the quick upgrade. They are willing to fly for less bc of this fast progression. Once again a short sighted attitude.

No Beans, the majority are coming from mesa and expressjet. A ******bag outfit (apparently ******bag is relative) and a failing carrier. It's short term.

What wasn't said is that coupled with multiple resignations over the last couple of weeks are the multiple training failures. Many are ruining their careers because they are not ready, they do not have the experience to make it through. We are scraping the bottom of the experience barrel and there is no mercy for poor performance.

Perform, or fail and ruin your career. Those seem to be the choices.

company is planning for 62, they most likely wont get that many.

dont forget, we hired 300 and 100 left, lol. Some regionals have less attrition than us................
