dont forget, we hired 300 and 100 left, lol. Some regionals have less attrition than us................
Ok so you gained 200, proving my point that people are willing to do it. If they dont show the airplanes dont go. Until managment is forced they wont pay. This is why its so hard to negotiate for legitimate wages. Allegiant type wages and work rules is what managment wants and what they will most likely get with those looking for the quick buck and getting out. Most of those hired in the past 4-5 years are trying to leave and have no plans on staying forever at Spirit. Wave 85k in front of a starving new Spirit FO and they are a forsure yes vote most of the times. They want the money now not in 5 years when they are planning on being gone.

Except it won't be waved in front of them. Maybe a total of an additional 10-12K would be if this POS was TA'd (which it won't be). $55 an hour and maybe a 3K signing bonus for a first year comes nowhere close to 85k.

They can cry all they want, they knew what the pay was when they signed on, hoping for a better contract. There are plenty that are staying and they aren't paying those that want to leave by signing a substandard contract.

Nice try though. 85K, Lol....

Sounds like the people that plan on staying isn't paying themselves either lol.

Oh hey, you can cry all you want on the internet. But you knew what the pay was 30% below legacy rates when you signed on. Why were you willing to work for such substandard wages?

Still the angry little man Feng? Why are you so adamant in messing with this group? You don't work here and have no dog in this fight. I just don't understand why you are wasting your time and our time. Go away

Please show me these magical 30% higher rates elsewhere until sometime in 2013/14. WTF is your problem? Looks like you may have been here for a while then went (back?) to AA. Why are you being such an a-hole? Answers please...
