How long after the job fairs are people usually waiting to get called for an interview?

If they like you and your interaction with the recruiter was pretty solid, they will call you the following week, if not then you may have to go to a second job fair. (if you really want the job)

Thanks Pgus and when they call to setup the interview do they usually do a mini phone interview? What kind of things are they asking?

Phone interview is very relaxed, not tricky at all. Questions like.. What do you think of the new paint job?, why Spirit ? Etc. just relax, pay attention, drop a joke or two and you should be fine.

That's such a ridiculous question. I wonder who in the interview asked that.

By the way, the correct answer to that question is dropping your pants and leaving a steaming loaf on the interview table and say "that's what I think"
