I don't know anything about this particular case, but IF nk has no legal basis to withhold the check, then they can and should force it. They have a whole building in Herndon full of attorneys. No one with the right specialty? No problem, call over to Silver Springs and pay a couple bucks of dues money to get this fixed. If it costs more to fix than the final check, alpa should cut a check. Sounds like a good case for an alpa intern.

Well, I cannot help myself. I came to Spirit two years ago and Jyri said a lot of things that have not happened. For that reason I am leaving. But the real pilot tragedy is this cowardly form. Jim is a good man. And anonymous forms like this are a joke. Come out of the closet, get strong and make a difference. If not well, enjoy your status quo

Not criticizing your decision to leave... But what will you do when the next place makes statements that don't come to fruition? Not taking NK MGMTs side, but if you think that sort of thing is different elsewhere, you might be EXTREMELY disappointed....

Also, SPA ALPA shut down the webboard, using ALPA national. It was our own MEC.
