I'm assuming your "base" is still Miami, is that corrct? File an NCC and the best guess for who to contact would be either the membership committee or Ackerman if you don't have a LEC representative.

Anyone having trouble getting on Ultipro? I've been trying to access the website for a week, and it keeps telling me "Unable to find server"...

No problem here, and the recent paycheck is there. The 321 override correction was included.

Are you using the employee link on Spirit.com?

The spiritair.intersourcing.com no longer works.

I was using the old link. Guess I missed the memo when it was changed.

Prolly included in the CEO's email where he described the path forward we were going to take as a company under his new leadership.

Yes, I missed that memo too. I think it was embedded in his quarterly conference call, where he said he was going to match United's pay in our new CBA..

Quick question: How do they calculate the 321 overide pay?? Right now it says its a rate of 1.01. Which to me means its a 1% multiplier in our pay. I bring this up because using the numbers that they provided in the Bid Pack for March, I came up with the 321 accounting for 10.67% of hour block hours. So again, how do they calculate the multiplier to come up with our pay. Are we being shorted??

Your monthly credit, say

88:24 (or 88.4) x 1.01 = 89.284
89.284 - 88.4 = 0.884
.884 x your hourly rate, say $100/hr = $88.40 should be on the A321 Override line

Section 3
L. 1
In the event the Company fails to make the correct direct deposit in accordance with this section into the pilot’s direct deposit account, the Company will reimburse the pilot so that he is made whole for all associated financial impact (e.g., overdraft fees, insufficient fund fees, loan payment late fees, etc.) in accordance with the timeline referenced in L.4 below.

L. 4
When a pilot’s pay is short by more than $100 through no fault of his own, as a result of an error, which does not require interpretation of the contract, the pilot will be paid via overnight mail (the pilot will be furnished the tracking number) or direct deposit within two business days from the point when it has been confirmed that the error has occurred. Errors in the computation of pay involving a shortage of less than $100 shall be paid on the next check following confirmation. Confirmation will be made within four business days of when the error is brought to the Company’s attention.

Is this the one I use the PI in front? Or is it just my employee number? Oh wait, this is the NKS one.. Right? Or maybe it's one of the employee number accounts but the password is the one that needs a symbol and the others just need a number. I get so confused.
What a freaking joke. The bright side is IT finally formatted the releases correctly. Now if we could just get them to put an alternate on when its forecasting 3/4 mile. Maybe the dispatcher couldn't log in either.

I think the part you're missing is the 10% override. So 10% of the block time is 321 X 10% override = 1% X monthly credit = 321 override. When 321 flying reaches 15% you will get a 1.5% bump on your total credit.
