That's how I read it, no requirement any longer for a Flight Crew member to be onboard during fueling with passengers and Engines Off.

I have totally ignored the fueling procedure from day one,...Especially when I was hungry or had to take a crap. Was perfectly willing to get violated over the stupid company/FAA kindergarten bull****. I sincerely hoped that the more pilots disregarded the procedure the sooner it would go away. Not sure but perhaps it worked
