Spirit of NKS, Part II

He does have a point. Last time I tried to J/S on Spirit, we pushed over an hour late and not only did the gate agent make no apologies to the disgruntled crowd in DTW, but they came out and said it's gonna be late and then went down the gate and hid for an hour till the fix was in place and then came to the gate and said time to board if your still here.
There were no apologies offered....

The point is that if you would stop defecating all over your employees they might care about their job performance a lil more. Bob and co are obsessed with casm and nothing more

If all of a sudden the operation started running on time, and we acknowledged and soothed customer complaints...wouldn't that be a change to the status quo, and therefore an illegal job action? Hmmm

So Hawaaian voted 99% to strike if current talks fail. We're still coddling our management, right? Just checking

Exactly!! This is the only action that management understands. They will stretch this out until we force them to get serious!!! Everyone needs to let your union rep know that this is what you want.

I've let my rep know. And you're one hundred percent correct, the g that will bring management to the table for serious negotiations is gonna be the threat of a strike. That's it. Anything else and we're just fooling ourselves and playing right into their hands. Cmon Union, get this strike vote going. Show the company we are serious about getting a contract that reflects how successful this airline has become.
