I heard this rumot about a or of the folks hired this year have left. In my opinion this is the biggest source of leverage that we have

Mix of PC, Ops agents, and MX. Apparently the Pratt NEO's require three pilots. Two to fly and one to clear all the ECAM's.

You guys are unbelievable. Basic math eludes you. Your 200% you get every now and then doesn't make up for the shafting you're getting the rest of the time. Wake the heck up.

3 year FOs are over $28k behind their UA counterparts even if they managed to fly 25% of their year at 200%. 5 year CA are nearly $50k behind flying 25% of their year at 200%.
And we have so many guys trying to get on here they are hiring into a pool! Just a few years ago when I got on they offered me a class date in 3 days. Now they are in a pool 100 deep. There is no pressure coming from attrition.
And apparently there won't be any pressure coming from the line either because our ranks are filled with Nancy's and Boy Scouts.
At 200% you're even. Any minute you fly that's not at 200% you're getting the shaft. And you still don't have DC or disability. Wake up.

Life is short, why waste it on anger and negativity? If the job isn't working out, leave tomorrow and don't waste another moment letting someone else control your happiness.

You aren't a slave to these people, and they don't care about you. If the agreement isn't mutually beneficial, be an adult and end it.

Great advice. Hope gunga din and VegusBus read this.

I'd like to add, worry only about what you can control, instead of what you can't. You can't control our management, union, or even our pilots. All this anger and resentment is a waste of energy. All you can control is yourself. It's a life changing moment when you realize that.

Love the numbers but your premise is flawed. You are not going to cause management any pressure through open time. Schedulers may have some long days but it's not going to effect our time to TA.
