Not enough to keep up with 2.5 yr upgrades for new hires. I honestly couldn't tell you. I know at least 4 for the last few months. Only from observing my seniority number. Not sure how many leave behind me.

The new HNL base will be opening next year, First Officers in that base will go directly to Year 2 pay.

Good luck!
That's mean, and untrue! HNL FOs don't go directly to Year 2 pay. Total lie.

Thats rich. Yuri says if you think you deserve industry standard compensation, you should quit and get hired elsewhere.

You know in the new contract, I'd vote yes and take $5 less an hour to fund a severance package for Yuri.

The disparity lies in whether they physically left in July or merely put in their notice.

Upgrade now in 2021. 155 planes by 2021 =2650 pilots at current staffing/plane. We are at ~1420. And plan on at least 50-80/year attrition. Prob more very soon with no contract. There will be more orders too. If we can staff

I think SPA ALPA should poll the pilots to see what percentage have applications submitted at other airlines, then publish the results in a media release directed toward investors.

Is there really a difference? There gonna be gone in two weeks anyway. I know in the last week I have personally shaken two hands and said "good luck and have a great career". Both really great pilots and fun to fly with. It sucks We are losing a lot of good talent. Unfortunately the dorks and tools don't seem to be going anywhere,... Gee, I Wonder why?? I'm sure we're gonna have a "very interesting" group of low tier pilots remaining here in the next couple of years. High five Bob!
