That's what I'm trying to figure out. My ability to move up, be marketable etc. So what percentage of the pilot group would you say are dorks, tools etc.. and incapable of being hired elsewhere?

Anybody that is under 35 with a college degree and never been in handcuffs is probably gonna leave unless they are retarded. That leaves a pretty high percentage that is stuck here. I'd say around 50%

Spirit staffs at 18 pilots per plane? 9 crews per plane seems high. Is this cause of the work rules??

Real numbers: 10 Resigned/Retired in July and an additional 9 turned in their 2 weeks notice in the last week or 2 of July. So those will be counted in August.

What's even better is, will we get a decent contract? Ya probably, but if they play the games they are playing now people will get so ****ed off even after a contract people will still split just out of spite. IMO.

Is there really a difference? There gonna be gone in two weeks anyway. I know in the last week I have personally shaken two hands and said "good luck and have a great career". Both really great pilots and fun to fly with. It sucks We are losing a lot of good talent. Unfortunately the dorks and tools don't seem to be going anywhere,... Gee, I Wonder why?? I'm sure we're gonna have a "very interesting" group of low tier pilots remaining here in the next couple of years. High five Bob!

From Bloomberg-
"Chief Executive Officer Bob Fornaro says he’s been focused on reliability since his first day on the job six months ago. So has his board: In January, they amended executive compensation plans for 2016 to give on-time rate a 20 percent weighting in calculating managers’ bonuses, up from 10 percent."
There's a real easy way to fix this Bob.
It's called a win-win Bob. Until then, why should you get a raise and we don't? Perhaps guys will get the word out?
