Oh ok interesting. Did you check the company website to figure that out or is it encoded in there some way?

I based it off the article that lobaeux posted, where a manager was was quoted as mentioning that the cle-Dfw cut was one of many that were seasonal and resuming in April. Then I just checked the company's booking engine. Clearly I'm having a big Tuesday night!

Who effing cares what routes we cut or add; when we are still severely underpaid and have a management group that doesn't respect our contributions to this airline.

Lighten up. These forums are to share info. Not everything has to be about the lack of a contract. In fact, it gets old sometimes.

Honestly with spirit everything is fluid as the business is still sort of finding its feet I think. They shift flying around chasing dollars. With low fuel American can come after us and drive down Rasm. That may change in the future and spirit might expand again.

For now my guess is dfw will be flat to slightly decreasing, but closing would be a long ways away

Seriously, dude? They're flying to Akron to show us? Even at the legacies with top pay, pilot compensation is only a few percent of the pie chart. That's some good stuff.

Actually I read that with low fuel prices, wages are now the biggest cost to an airline. Although I'm sure that's not in the case of spirit.

From the 7/18/16 investor update...
"Adjusted cost per available seat mile excluding fuel (CASM ex-fuel) for the second quarter 2016 is estimated to
have decreased approximately 8 percent year over year compared to our initial guidance of a decrease of
approximately 5 percent."

CASM nonfuel costs are down 8%...so the company is saving more money YOY on non fuel costs.

And yes, for Spirit wages are still the highest cost versus fuel...2015 these numbers were almost exactly opposite
For Q1 Fuel was $85 mil and salaries and benefits were $116 mil
