It should be pretty obvious by now that BB and Bendo smoked our attempt at a quick contract suspecting a change in leadership ahead and not wanting to saddle the new CEO with a contract they didn't negotiate.

I see where you're going there, but it makes more sense to me that THEY didn't want to be responsible for a CBA that the new CEO found objectionable. I doubt that they were/are worried about saddling the new CEO with anything; they didn't/don't want to be Mono. If you weren't here 2006-2010, you might not understand. Mono was the mgt guy who took the fall for giving us our current transition deal.

2015 was inherently designed to be a big growth year. We went from 65 aircraft to 79 (still waiting on the neo's), that's a 22% jump in aircraft (larger overall capacity increase as lots of those were 321's). 2016 will slow just by the fact that we'll be growing from 79/80 aircraft to 93 (16% more aircraft). And the numbers diminish further the larger we get. Baldanza indicated in an interview that he was satisfied with our fleet plan and that there was a little room to adjust capacity without deferring aircraft deliveries (which he admitted is a tricky process). The key question is if Fornaro thinks the same thing.... By looking at the Street's reaction, they're anticipating aircraft deferrals....
Any significant aircraft delivery deferral will force me to apply elsewhere.

The only planes coming off lease are the 319's, and all but five of them were already going away.

There may be some indication of slowing growth but I highly highly doubt all growth would stop, nor have I read any article indicating that

My crystal ball shows aircraft orders being threatened in negotiations and then when we agree to substandard contract orders given to frontier anyway....

I heard they're trying to defer 2017 320ceo orders. There will still be growth and significant capacity increases due to 321 deliveries. The board wasn't happy with the increase in operational snafus and overall reliability issues and wants to temper growth the next few years to focus on these issues. Be wasn't on board with it.
