Last emails I saw were from December and discussed sick calls and the NMB process. Like I said I haven't seen anything concrete about their acknowledgement of the rising pay environment and new position on pay rates. If there was, please provide a date and I will look. Only one I've ever seen about their ask was one from last year.
It never ceases to amaze me how some of you guys blissfully accept the opaque nature of this union.
Why don't you just back off and let the NC do it's work. They are making progress. Your posts are worthless. Just mindless rants against the union and company. If we got an exact copy of Delta's contract, you would still be here griping and complaining about something.

The company still won. All we got was a cease and desist. How much did they save during the period they violated 30/7 vs how much the arbitration cost them? Yes, we had to fight it and yes the decision was in our favor but the award was more to stop the bleeding than a win.

You must be one of those glass half-full guys, right?

Despite your uncontainable enthusiasm over this, it is a big win and it also gives us a lot more leverage at the negotiating table.
