I think the company helpers picking up open time at straight pay or move up and/or carrying open write-ups is the biggest embarrassment here.

Are you a felon or some kind of sick pedaphile? Its a disgrace to the entire industry that you would even consider working here. I guess we know who will cross the picket line. I'm sure you are aware that there is no direct contribution to our 4o1k. And captains are barely clearing 180. How can you feed a family on that?
