What type of childish behavior are you alluding to?

I can tell you that every time I go to work I operate on a highly professional level in the scope of my job. What I don't do is prop up the operation and do everyone else's job. If we get out and get where we are going on time great. I'm ready to go but not having everything else ready is mismanagement. I also certainly don't pocket mx discrepancies no matter how small and no matter where we are in an effort to keep the operation going. That my friend is acting like an adult and a professional.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the executive bonus structure is now 20% weighted to timeliness. Every time we fix their mismanagement all they do is smile and cash checks. All while no being unavailable to negotiate for full months, opening sections that they don't even care to open just to have a back and forth for two months to end up where we started. That is the definition of childish. That's also F'ing with your our money all while some of us help them keeping getting theirs.

Now can someone please help the tampers find their wants so we can get that precious A:14. I know I saw them around here somewhere.

You guys are pathetic. You seem to come on here to whine and cry in your beer about the crappy, crappy contract you work under. Nothing will ever be good enough, it will never be enough money or enough days off.

Why don't you put your money where your mouth is and resign tomorrow, come to Envoy, interview, get hired and flow to a REAL airline. American Airlines. You'll be there in under 6 years. Why work for this ****** outfit one minute longer?

Lol...yeah, I'll get right on that. You're one of those guys that'll have to be talked down from the ledge when AA either cancels the flow or pulls a Comair on Envoy.

^this. Being professional also involves flying safe(see carrying or not writing up mx write ups above) and flying only the CBA. Not exercising any of our contract options, like extensions, and MUP. Not having paperwork, or fuel at the proper times is not our responsibility.

Quit trying to sell us on a regional you idiot. Congrats, you work for the recruiting department or your too stupid to know your being sold with a lie that your going to flow. Either way, take yourself back to the crash pad and sell the regional dream to 500 hr cfi's.

P.S , seeing as you have been at a regional more than 10 years ( and still didn't flow or interview at AA) can you please explain how you know anything about the majors in the first place? Pretty sure you are more full of crap than anyone else on this site. Keep selling the dream little man. As far as I can see you have no place calling anyone pathetic, you have shown everyone what pathetic really looks like. You will spend your whole career at a regional until it dies and then you will be selling iPads at bestbuy. Enjoy!

I didn't think it was our job to sell new prospects on spirit by our postings on the board. If we are convincing them the regionals are better and the pool of applicants starts drying up that will greatly help our bargaining position in the negotiations.
