Additionally, I've been told PSA is paying out additional bonuses for 121 current pilots who can start soon. CLT, DCA, PHL, DAY, ORF, and TYS bases, pretty much all of which are available right after training according to our Mar '20 awards.
Over $50/hour, 24/7 per diem in training, the usual benefits, and WAY better travel bennies.

At PSA that number is $5,000. I don't split those though because a) having access to me during training is more valuable, and b) new hires are already making over triple what I did in total compensation when I got hired.
