We have to live under any approved TA too! We don't have a voice here and it's kinda sucks. There's 2000 of us and I bet most would be a no. I know my class is all against it.

Well I'm rooting for you all to send this back. I think with so much hiring, its like 15% of the list that doesnt have a voice. Even for the next one, and hopefully there is a next one, we should let the HWs vote.

Don't try the Sky is falling / it will take forever tactic!!
The company needs our help desperately. They were able to get this agreed to and are undboutedly praying it passes as they know they have been given an unbelievable bargain basement priced TA. I don't blame them, that is what they should do. I blame our leadership for not recognizing we are selling all our leverage for literal pennies on the dollar of their value!
This TA definitely should be rejected, and the company won't be surprised. Then both sides will be back at the table basically immediately, because we have something they want!!!!!! Their United next plan depends on an improved training environment and more flexible coverage options while they try to catch up.
I for one ain't gonna sell my Porsche for these Yugo prices!!!!
