How do the SUP and LTA guys factor in to the equation? I know some are instructors with their paper bids and other management types that don't bid a line. So are they counted? i.e. current bid shows 6 backfills for 737 FO but 2 of those are SUP. Does that mean they will backfill an additional 2 people that aren't on this snapshot?

The only reason they're published in the vacancy is to create slots for new-hires. They can only put new-hires into vacancies that have gone unfilled.

8-C-8 Bulletined but unfilled First Officer vacancies and secondary vacancies may be used by the Company for the assignment of new hire pilots. This Section 8-C-8 shall not be applicable while any furloughed Pilot has not been offered recall.
8-F-3-d In the event a vacancy is not filled within three (3) months of the date the award bulletin was issued, the vacancy shall be cancelled.
This vacancy will likely get its' final posted on the 6th or 7th of October, so that would mean that they would have to have a new hire class by the 6th or 7th of January in order to use any unfilled vacancies from this bid.
