But it all depends on the vacancy offerings. It might be offered to new hires straight out of indoc class, or they may not post any vacancies there for a year. So it's hard to say, but in general, up until now, everyone has been able to get what they want quickly.

Either way, they stated on the info session it is not possible to slot people in classes closer to the date due to the backgroud check. If they don't at least start staffing Sep 10th by EOD tomorrow (6 weeks out), I think that means they would be hard pressed to staff it at all.

Me too! They said on the session 2 weeks ago they'd be handing out September class dates. They also said they'd be 45-60 days in advance. Since then they've been silent and the 45 day minimum for the scheduled Sep 10th class is now behind us with nobody in it. Maybe the 2 month pause let the wheels grind to a halt and it takes time to spin them back up? Maybe they haven't actually transitioned from their old 6-8 week standard?

Before the info session on 7/15 changing the notification window to 45-60 days, recruiting had said the window would be 6-8 weeks. I'm relieved they might have more time, but worried because they mentioned on the call how hard it is for them to fill a slot more than a few weeks out.
