So am i correct in assuming the June class will be the final leftovers from the last vacancy bid? Will there be any left for the potential July class or will there have to be another bid? TIA

The class from Monday could still use unfilled vacancies from the bid that closed at the end of February. Anything left from that bid will "expire" before the June class, so only bids from the most recent vacancy bid (awarded April 30) will be available for the June class. I don't think we will have another vacancy bid that will close and be awarded before that class, but it is theoretically possible. Anything left from that April bid will be legal to give to new hires until the end of July, but I am guessing we will have another bid that will close and be awarded somewhere between the June class and the July class, so you will have additional unfilled vacancies by then.

Good question.
Typically the first date is the start for returnees, then the new-hires start the next day.
Why it was published this way, this time, for the 30th I have no idea.

EDIT: It looks like the page has been revised.
New hires: July 30, Aug 6, and Aug 13.
Recall classes on Aug 5 and 12.
(FWIW, I don't know why there is not a recall class associated with the 30th.)
