Yep, just got an email about 29 Oct class. For context I was a 14 May CJO.

Is there any gouge on here about what to expect at indoc? Training pay, hotel, car, food, length of training, typical holiday schedule, etc? I searched but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Training is typically M-F. Probably get out early on Friday. Pay is first year, I believe it was 3 hours per day for every day in the month (90 or 93 hours).

Won't need a car. Depending on the hotel they put you in, you can walk across the street, or transportation back and forth is provided. You're on your own for food. There's a cafeteria at Tk, that isn't too expensive. Otherwise, it's either at the hotel or whatever is around.

Indoc lasts two weeks. You will probably get a few days after indoc til systems training. Could be longer, depends on if your fleet is backed up any or not, although I don't think any of them are anymore, but I don't know.

I can't speak to the holiday schedule because I don't know what it is. I would assume you would get two to four days off for the holidays. One of the TK guys could tell you.

I was in indoc last year over Christmas. We finished up the friday before christmas and then didnt start systems until after the new year. Its a great time to get hired because its the last time you will get Christmas off for a while. Once you start systems and all that, its a pure crap shoot as to what you end up with for holidays.
