Can we get some stats on who got invites on the second round? I just want to know when your average Joe captain may get a chance.

For the event in Denver:

You will have 10-15 minutes one-on-one with a recruiter (pilot or HR). There will not be any group interviews.

Please bring an updated copy of your resume. You can bring additional resumes if you wish.

The dress code is business formal, not business casual.

Thank you for the clarification.

Business formal? What an outdated fashion in today's society. Wall Street doesn't even play dress up these days. 🤦*♂️

I’m going to go with you’re fine. They know people have commitments such as work and family and if you can’t make it then that’s understandable. They want someone I’m sure that would not call in to come

I went to orientation for grad school where the dress code was business casual and there were people wearing anything from jeans and a t-shirt to a suit. I’m wondering what people will wear for business professional.

Suit, shiny shoes and a monocle

I don’t think the accepted tolerances we venture too far outside of a suit and tie. Just a guess though.

You can’t forget the monocle!

I don’t interview in anything but a suit so that makes sense.

Of course. No matter how you slice it this is an interview. It amazes me that some would treat this as anything else but that..
