I received invite to military day

Army C12 Instructor/Evaluator, Maintenance Pilot
3000 TT
1300 TPIC
300 instructor
ATP, CFI, CFII, MEI, AGI, IGI, 1 type rating
Commercial rotary
Director of ops
Bachelors in business management

I attended the event in 2016 and it was great. My first event and I was definitely rough around the edges and a little shy on time for not being a fighter guy. Recruiters words. I’ve added everything besides ATP and rotary on the civilian ratings side since that event.

Good luck to everyone.

Anymore invites going out today or were they all sent yesterday?

Squallrider 07-24-2018 03:18 PM

I wonder why if the invites are for top candidates why bother with job fair and not just invite?

the most competitive applicants seem to be getting gobbled up quick, making it a longer process to bring them onboard seems counter productive.

Mmm so you’re saying the ones invited aren’t the most competitive since job fair draws out the process?

A lot of the military invites seem to have availability dates a long ways in the future. Maybe invitees are people who are promising but, for whatever reason, fall just short of getting the interview call now?
