Jesus himself couldn’t organize the white American male aviation group! Could you imagine the snowflakes on here and everywhere calling them hitlers, white privileged, racists and such.
In today’s world that’s never going to happen, so can we shut down these other discrimitory groups and just hire the most qualified? Is that so hard to do? Apparently it is and it’s very sad.

I have seen less than qualified persons get hired. Typically they volunteer the information that got them hired (in their opinion).
I don't see the logic in hiring a new first officer out of the regionals who hasn't even upgraded yet while we have many regional Captains with impeccable records who haven't even gotten an interview.
I see it on here all the time. person states his background and some of his credentials and then I wonder how in the heck did bubba get hired, he didn't have one quarter of the other guys creds.
Discrimination is still alive and well.
If those silly job fairs are just about making money, then stop feeding the machine, and it goes away. Then, perhaps we can have a level playing field with no one getting "points" for attending.

I agree. Reverse discrimination is simply discrimination.

Nice story. If you have to ask how to spell some of the more popular NY area fixes, you haven't paid any dues.
