The attorneys are pro bono and the reasoning behind the temporary restraining order is for national security due to the very limited long term data about the experimental gene therapy. Airlines are important and are part of the infrastructure. Having sick or gene therapy injured pilots in mass is a threat to national as well as homeland security because the ability to move people and materials will be greatly affected. I wish there was a way to post the whole brief but I can’t upload the file.

Definitely not a vax pumper. I talked to several doctors, including a PHD/MD actually working on the virus and based on their unanimous opinions, I chose to get the shot as soon as I could. I really don’t care if others get it or not. The evidence shows that the risk from the virus far exceed the shot and that the vaccinated are far less likely to suffer severe or fatal cases. To be brutally honest, if people still decide not to get the shot then I really don’t care what happens to them.

This isn’t a government mandate, it’s a corporate mandate. I wouldn’t bet on United buckling under on this deal. There are just a few hardcore people who will refuse to get vaccinated and accept termination. If anything, United will use them as PR to show “how serious we are about fighting the virus”. If you are among those who will refuse when the deadline occurs, please keep us posted on how this plays out for you. Just remember, we are nothing more than a replaceable part, and if those parts don’t fail in large numbers, there is a warehouse full of the same part ready to be plugged into the machine at a lower cost. Absolutely correct. Hence the huge push for 80% + injection rates, so when everyone succumbs to this new "Gamma/ Omega/ BS variant" it can be blamed on the variant. The narrative fails if 40% is un-injected and doesn't suffer from this new "variant."

I hope I'm totally wrong here, but based on watching events over the past 18 months this wouldn't surprise me at all. I don't wish the injected harm and I pray that the injection doesn't hurt them in the long run. The divisive wickedness on this thread is beyond words. Freedom is never more than one generation away and far too many are ready to give it way for that tidbit of security.

And just remember...those same imbeciles responsible for the disaster at our southern border, our rampant fiscal monetary crisis, and the debacle beginning to unfold in Afghanistan are the same fools making these potentially life changing medical decisions on your behalf (because you will comply). History rhymes.

I am vaxed, but ironically I was advised by several MDs in my family to not get the vaccine based on my age and health. They are VERY against children getting vaxed as well. They do agree those in the high risk categories should get the shots. They are people that certainly qualify as experts in this field.

You know what I detect in this thread? Fear. A lot of it. The corporate and media propaganda machine on both sides has certainly exceeded their expectations.
