Numbers vary, but certainly somewhere in the 98%-99.x% range survivable- rates not as favorable for avoiding hospitalization or lung damage, though. Also, the vaccine is effectively 100% survivable, so who’s buying into fear porn?

I’m not following you here. These vaccines have undergone human trials and been administered to humans numbering in the hundreds of millions with excellent results in terms of safety & efficacy. Where are you coming up with “never been used in humans”?

Whataboutism. I am not concerned about short term rick from vaccines. I am concerned about the repeated exposure to them that will probably be required. I can't do anything about having been exposed to covid. I had it. Can't change that. Why would I want to double down and add another unknown to that?

Basically we are arguing decimal points here. I guess my point is coming from someone that has had covid and survived. I don't understand the push for me and others like me to get vaccinated. The purpose of a vaccine is to render the body to a state where it fights off the disease in question. I have antibodies. What else would the vaccine do for me? Don't you find it interesting that the 'requirement' to do ________ is "Have you been vaccinated"? Why? Shouldn't that question be; "Do you have antibodies"? I trust God's version of immunity far better than corporate pharma and certainly than Saint Fauci. That guy has told more lies than Bernie Madoff and flip flopped more than Lebron James. The fear porn are all those that bought into the CNN body count. People die every day. Why? Did more people die because of covid or with covid? The amount of disinformation render that very question unanswerable. Influenza A flu deaths were down compared to a normal year. Other deaths were also down. Why? Because we washed our hands and stayed 6 feet apart? There might be a modicum of truth in that, but again it is a decimal place. The real truth is probably more that covid was blamed for everything from actual covid to motorcycle wrecks.

Name one other mRNA vaccine that has been administered in humans. The human trials are ongoing as we speak. Round 2 will be in the fall. I won't be participating in that one either.

We’ve been through this. If you’ve recovered from COVID you’re among the last people I’m worried about getting vaccinated. Science does still have many questions about immunity strength & timelines, though, & until those answers become more concrete through the scientific process- which takes time- just expect that a lot of businesses are not going to accept your faith in God’s plan as justification to admit you into their establishments. I like the idea of antibody testing, but it does require a big buildup of infrastructure & resources; & since only around 10% of the country has been confirmed COVID positive, I wouldn’t hold my breath that such a buildup will be forthcoming with any expediency. You’re part of a relatively small minority & the focus is still very much on the macro at this point.
You have to be really selective in what you listen to to believe this. 600K dead in this country alone in a year. That’s a lot of mysterious motorcycle crashes. I’m sure there have been plenty of deaths recorded as COVID that could have more accurately been attributed to a different cause, but science deals in aggregate trends- not anecdotal incidents. There’s just no realistic way to believe that this pandemic is attributable to creative record keeping. You criticize those who are being led astray by fear mongers, but you should listen to how you sound when you suggest a massive conspiracy by Anthony Fauci & the combined (and unassociated) global health care system.
