Is this Covid thing still going on? One way to stop the spread is get off social media, turn off the corporate media and go out live your life. That is what my family has done for the past year and half and it has been amazing.

If you are gonna argue for ‘alternative facts’ can you not look to a doctor who committed insurrection against our nation and has noted Q Anon star Lin Wood as her council. Do better…

 

It's a fact that COVID, the media sensation, has run its course. No rational person fears covid. Like Trump's presidency, it's over. Sure there are a few crazy ****libs on their media islands still fighting till death. They still use antique attacks like muh Q Anon and calling Jan 6th an insurrection. Their arguments have no strategic value and nothing is gained in defeating them. We let them go on fighting, living out their delusions. It's the only humane thing to do.

 

If you think January 6th was an “insurrection”, then you obviously don’t have a well rounded grasp of history. As far as Dr. Gold’s presence at the event, she has already stated that she “regrets being there”. But that doesn’t make the information she is saying any less true. She was “canceled” by social media (typical, since they don’t like what she was saying), so it appears to me she went to communicate this information directly. Her perspective and knowledge on this subject is much more comprehensive than any of you clowns on this website, me included. If you call all of her years of experience as an ER physician and educational credentials in law “alternative facts”, then I’m sure there’s nothing more I can say that will get you to see this perspective.

Haha, well we can agree to disagree. And I have no desire to do that kind of flying. I’m content doing narrowbody stuff, so there’s only one person rolling their eyes. 😜

 

Blacks (34%) and Hispanics (39%) have the lowest vaccination rates. I'm pretty sure that most Blacks and Hispanics aren't hardcore Trump fans. Asians have the highest rate at 62% while Whites are at 47%.

Of course, when the .gov says the vaccine's totally safe ... unless you're under 12 ... that age limitation raises more than a few eyebrows.

 

This is regionally specific & follows vaccination rates very closely. If you live in a metropolitan or suburban area where vaccination rates are high, life in your area probably feels mostly back to normal. If you’re unvaccinated in the Ozarks where the vaccination rate in some counties is below 15% & the Delta Variant is filling hospitals back up, a little fear of the virus might not be the most irrational thing. And I assume you’re talking only about America because obviously if you look globally, there are many parts of the world that for many reasons are far more vulnerable than even the most under-vaccinated areas of the US.

 

You stated a death percentage and asked a question about why those with a low % chance of death should get vaccinated. I answered, for herd immunity and the immunocompromised. You are stating a fact and then taking a huge leap of logic to come to a false conclusion.... much like the mainstream media and their sound bite absorbing listeners. Their sound bites very rarely hold up to the most basic scrutiny.

You think there is a conspiracy of three different drug manufacturers with three very different vaccines with independent companies doing the testing which feeds into a much larger conspiracy that covid is overblown... I want to support you in your decision but when the backbone of your argument keeps coming back to a conspiracy it is very difficult.

 

These conspiracy ideas are crazy.

As good airline pilots, we all know that the company will do everything in its power to screw over their pilots even if it only saves the company a few cents.

On the other hand massive multi-billion dollar multinational pharmaceutical conglomerates only do things out of the kindness of their heart and that are righteous and pure. These massive corporations would never let a product go to market that is unsafe. Especially since they can’t be held legally liable for any damages their vaccines may cause. I am sure it has been a challenging time for the heads of Pfizer, BioNTech and Moderna since these vaccines have made them all billionaires.

Once again the best way to stop the spread of Covid is turn off your social media and your corporate media and go out and live your life.
