Call me crazy but less than 2 decades to hold WB CA seems pretty short to me. For that majority of people being hired, thats 15-20 years in the left seat of a WB...

“We”, generally speaking, meaning are there enough regional airplanes to fill up all the WBs and to travel internationally? I’m talking for any airline really. This is what I hear from people that the regionals are struggling for pilots. There are some airports that a NB can’t go to right?

There are also infrastructure issues. The terminal may not have ramp/jet bridge capability and then there is the issue of emergency services.
