I have the exact same question. It would appear from the latest manpower planning update that the company may have given out too many NBCA slots recently. Impossible to judge how junior NBCA will go, but in this latest bid it was about 2 years on property...

CA slots at indoc were for summer of 2025. That said, assuming we get back on track with deliveries and classes, NB slots will come out closer to the winter/spring for those on property and MAYBE at indoc. Just my opinion so who actually knows how this plays out

August class invitations are to be emailed out at the end of May or early June according to the CJO information session.

that is not entirely true. The company MUST fill/backfill to the posted MIN (minimum) number. Filling above the posted MIN is at company discretion.

example SFO 737 CA has 200 pilots currently.

posted MIN 190. If 11 SFO CAs bid out only 1 MUST be filled the rest is at company discretion.

Since the company sets the min number the “MUST” is really a “Desired anyway” but yeah - once they put it out there they will fill it

First class is July 23rd. I forget how often we’re gonna run classes

You know that United did this last year also, right? It isn't a "hiring freeze"? They've been interviewing and sending CJOs this whole time.
