It's not just some "Caucasian guys" I fly with but, many people of color, gender and sexual orientations that don't agree with what's going on in our hiring department.Good to see you view people through race and gender.maye it's time to quit again?

I know a couple of guys at my former regional who failed upgrade at least once .Guess what ? Neither one is a minority AND they both here now

Im talking about bent metal and NTSB investigations.

Way to draw your own conclusions though.
And no, through 30+ years of aviation both mil and civ I’ve never once failed a check ride or needed a repeat of a ride. A maneuver or event within a ride, sure.

I don't see anyone "through race and gender."

Take another look. I am quoting another forum poster for the moderator to observe. That's why I encased their comments with quotation marks and pasted them in italics. Those are the sentiments of the person I am quoting, who posts under the pseudonym OFFCOURSE.

93.7% of airline pilots are White males.

Remind me again why hiring black, arab, hispanic, asian pilots are bad? They deserve a chance.
